I saw a guy at lunch eating pasta and my mouth started salivating :wtc:

The edu on how to make lasagna in the main forum nearly killed me.

I've been living on nothing but lean ground turkey, eggs, whey, cottage cheese, and peanut butter for the last week. My daily morning bowl of oatmeal keeps the carb cravings down and makes me much less lethargic at work/school.

For me its just going to last for a month and then ill jump back into bulking, I'm planning on trying out timber's strategy of short bulk/cut cycles.

Thats exactly what I'm doing. Short 4-6 weeks at most. I don't think of it as bulk/cut. More strategic overfeeding/strategic underfeeding.

Make it with wheat pasta, use ground turkey and ease up on the cheese.

For those digging pasta, you can try some shirataki (or konjac) noodles. It tastes like overcooked noodles (that's how I like it anyway so...) and almost always stays kinda wet (so when mixing with sauce it waters) but I think it's really nice anyway. I want to try them with the powder found in ramen noodles though. It's only some fiber and water, some companies add tofu in them though to get a texture more similar to regular pasta.

Plus, I tend to bloat and feel squishy after eating too much carbs (which isn't much with pasta) and this causes no bloat cuz no carb :)
