Right now, im guessing between 400-500.
Is that a good number?
I'm cutting, so I have about 140 for breakfast, but if you are bulking I would think 400-500 is a good number. How much can you eat right when you first wake up without feeling sick anyway??

670. Breakfast is the biggest meal of the day.
1200 so far this morning
Bleh, I already feel bloated and shitty cramming down 500-750ish that early in the morning. There's no way I could do any more without feeling really sick.

5 eggs alone is 450 calories... what are you lightweights eating that has 200 or less?

Prob about 300-400, Low Fat Bran Muffin, and Protein shake today
Quick Oats, 140 calories for 1/2 cup, made with water.

in that case, around 1200 +
I thought they were 60 calories each
300 cal while I'm cutting, double that for bulking
my eggs say 75cal per
a protein shake and 2 plain slices of whole wheat bread with nothing on it is around 400, so i don't really see how to go much lower than that, other than not eating at all
