How many cals do you have for breakfast?

    Right now, im guessing between 400-500.

    Is that a good number?

    I'm cutting, so I have about 140 for breakfast, but if you are bulking I would think 400-500 is a good number. How much can you eat right when you first wake up without feeling sick anyway??

    Bleh, I already feel bloated and shitty cramming down 500-750ish that early in the morning. There's no way I could do any more without feeling really sick.

    a protein shake and 2 plain slices of whole wheat bread with nothing on it is around 400, so i don't really see how to go much lower than that, other than not eating at all :dunno:
