somewhere around eleventyteen thousand.
I am not hardcore bulker, but I do notice I *cheat* or eat less on the weekends when my schedule is off.
My cheat days are days that i don't eat a shit load of food like normal days. Prob around 3500.
If I actually care about not overconsuming too much, maybe about 4k. If I don't care, probably 6-8k. But I haven't not cared in a while.
I'll eat 2 meals for fast food and for breakfast I'll eat like 3 eggs, 8 pieces of bacon, 4 peices of toast with a ton of butter. And I drink pop too . But that is going to change. But probably somewhere around 5000 compared to 1800 - 2000 on noncheat days.
how often do you have a cheat day?
haha....hard to say.
I cut at 1800, cheat at 2500.
Tbh though, I rarely have a whole cheat day more like a cheat meal.

i cheat every day
between 7 and 8k. Probably why I will never be as ripped as Timber.
