I'm 17 female, im 150lbs, and 5'7. I just started goin to the local YMCA yesterday..I'm gonna start going for an hour a day on wednesday-sundays. I've been eating subway instead of my regular fastfood here recently, (bout 2 weeks or so) and also been eating oatmeal for breakfast, and crackers for a snack, or a banana...is this a good start? how long will it take for me to see results? Im currently a size 11-13, and also, what gym equipment should i use for the problem areas on my body? (im looking to target my butt-aka making it more "bubbly", my thighs, defining my calves, and getting rid of love handles.) im okay with the upper part. It's really gonna change my life if i can achieve the body i want, i feel i will be overall a lot happier with myself. Anyone with advice, thank you!
