I never work out, just running/random sports.

I want to get down to ~165/170. Diet is shitty food a college. 2 meals a day. I run sub 7 minute mile :dunno:

how long should I expect this to take?

Generally, losing 1-2lbs per week is good.

meal plan is paid for :dunno:

I could eat "healthy" with grilled chicken salad... only thing that isn't extremely horrible for breakfast is muffins. everything else is breakfast sandwiches and pancakes and hashbrowns shit

muffins are super high in calories a lot of times. I think I saw one that had something sick like 600 or 800 calories :mamoru:

    dot.
Good diet, good exercise and you should see 2lbs per week in the beginning, tapering to 1 then down to less for the final 5 or 10.
    Take some pics!

    Hint.
Its all in the food. exercise is only a small portion of the equation, the food is the major factor in losing weight.

I think it took me 3 months to lose 20 lbs. I ran and totally changed my diet.

My options for breakfast are muffins, bagels, croissant (greasy as balls), and breakfast sandwiches :hsugh: . we have a cafeteria type thing, and the healthiest stuff they have is fruits (bananas, apples, english muffins, salad stuff). I might just start going there for breakfast everyday.

At my heaviest I believe I was around 140 and at my lightest I got to 117 with cardio only. When I started doing yoga I put on a lot of muscle so now I weigh about 125 the last time I weighed myself at the grocery store.
