    Mine is about 45min long.

Im afraid to go over an hour because catabolism might kick in. Although I may
    be misinformed on this.

Same here. Sometimes I can up to an hour and 30 minutes if I work out with my buddies.

k thanks now I have no fear of working out for extended periods.

However I am suprised by the response of some people working out for 1 1/2-2hrs.
Im dead tired at the 1hr mark.

On bench days, about 2 hours, but have gone as long as 3 hours if I'm in a shirt and really going heavy. Usually around 2 hours though. On non-bench days or accessory days I'm about an hour and a half without counting time for cardio.

    1-3 hours

If I'm pulling or squatting I take lots of time to rest between sets...

    30-60minutes.

2-3 hours isn't unheard of for people doing heavy ass sets, cause, like GT said, they take long ass rests between sets

Around 1 1/2 - 2 hours with 10 minute or so cardio warm up (no talking to people at all and 2 minutes between sets)
