i do some dynamic warmups n' other warmup stuff, and then i usually take long rests between sets on my first and second exercise because im trying to hit a certain poundage
not enough options
heavy days for us will take upwards of 2.5 hours. we'll go in groups of 2-3 for the main movement. Those lifters do nothing but lift for their sets. everyone else spots, loads, and adjusts rack heights. You return the favor for everyone else, doing accessory work in between.
dynamic bench day is usually 2-3 of us and we'll be done in ~45-hour
Our dynamic squat session took over three hours last week. couple people using bands, couple people using straight weight, and a couple people using chains. 6-10 sets per group and then accessory work. that was a long day.
about 3 hours, 5 days a week including cardio
I try to go full out for just under an hour.
Sure hoping your taking a sugar / protein shake during that 3 hours.
i somehow manage to do about 4 exercises in 2.5 hours
Do you take a nap between sets or something?
I take around 2 hours, 6 days a week.
45min to an hr if I'm not doing abs
Hr to 115 if I'm doing abs
Don't do cardio
Depends if i use the sauna, swim, what cardio i do, etc..
as long as it takes.
Boxing is usually a little under two hours a day, then I bike another 30-40 minutes to and back from the gym.
~2.5 hours if I'm doing track work on that day.
~60-75 minutes if it's just weights.
depends on the day. chest, 30min max; back & legs, 45min; arms/shoulders, 1.5-2hrs
i'll eat a meal in the middle, usually chicken and veggies.

a hour of heavy stuff training and then 40 minutes of others exercises such as rotator cuff strengthening, abs, pull downs, inclines, hypers, etc.
When I train more frequently, typically an hour. When I train less frequently, around 1.5 hours.
45 minutes of LISS in the morning 5x/week
45 weights 3x/week
