    I'm still a n00b.

I've been working out for about 7 months.

I started to see n00b gains in about 2 months and haven't progressed much since then.

I still have a long way to go and think I'll be where I want in about a year.

i think anytime you go a month without seeing changes you need to change what youre doing...be that either more or less of something.

    That is why I'm here.

For 5 months my diet didn't exist. I ate anything I wanted and only had dinner. I was getting about 1000 cals a day. Protein was probably in the area of 50g's a day.

I've been lifting for about 3 years with lots of training mistakes along the way but I noticed changes in a few months.

I seem to be getting bigger. I gained about 10 pounds in less than a month just from eating like a normal person.

Abs haven't changed much would could be or may not be a good thing.

Are you logging your calories on something like fitday.com?

This thread is lacking a lot of info.

What are your goals, and where are you now? You said diet has changed, so what are your macros at this point?

im guessing the problem here has something to do with cals (not enough of ) and protein (not enough of )

how do people do this? even if i wasnt spending 4 days a week lifting i would need at least 2k cals a day to not want to stab my eyes out in hunger.

    take progress pics

its hard to see changes day to day because they are small. but if you compare pics taken a few months apart, the changes are a lot more noticeable
