How long for six pack abs?

    So I've been doing about 150 crunches a day for about 3 months and I havent seen much results. I have the body for a six pack but Iam wondering if I should change my ab workout??

    Try and get it up to at least 500 crunches. Try doing some pushups, too. It'll help tone your arms.

    How can you expect to get abs without an ab-doer or an ab-king pro ? I mean, there's "ab" in the name so it must work.

    you have a lot to learn. Go pick up Fitness Made Simple and get the combo package with 6-Pack Abs on DVD. Listen and learn every word that John Basedow says - he is one of the most respected fitness people in the country.

    I won't be an ass like these other people. Up your crunches and eat probably about 500 more calories a day so your muscles will have more to eat. That will get them bigger faster and probably in a month or two they will be ripping through your midsection.
