How long does it take your back/shoulders to get used to a bar on them (SQUATS)

    i mean fuck, i havent squatted in like a year, but i loaded up 225 and my fucking neck/back/shoulders were KILLING me from the bar.

    oh and serious reply would be make sure to put the bar on your traps and not your neck and also make sure you actually have traps.

    I'd imagine it would make the bar more difficult to keep in place as you wouldn't have the knurling against your skin/shirt. It's also gay.
