Four weeks off from lifting couldn't wreak that much, right?
I get most of my gains during the holidays
im still going to lift and watch what i eat. its like a cheat day, doesnt mean i have to eat the entire fridge.
The only days I don't lift during the december holidays are x-mas eve, x-mas, new years eve, the first and maybe a handful of other days here and there. What is this 4 weeks off bullshit?
4 weeks off? what in the fuck?
Try 4 minutes off. I open my presents then head to the gym.
I took a month off last holidays, was awesome. Stuffed my face and didn't have to worry about the gym. Took about 2 weeks to get back into the swing of things once I started training again. I am not as hardcore as most of F&N, apparently
I'm going to be 600 miles away from my normal gym, flying home for the holidays.
I can probably bum a gym membership for a weekend off a cousin, but as far as weights go I'll probably be limited to calisthenics and cardio outside.
0 days, I don't quit.
Helios squats 300 and Superdrump benches 205. Epitome of training knowledge in those 2 beasts combined.
Just kidding my niggers. I only take the days mentioned off above usually too. I think the most I did in Dec. was 2 weeks.
My max is 225/230 actually. I know, super crazy strong right?
I was just saying I don't not lift just because it's some boring holiday.
Ironically, the holidays are when I have more time to get into the gym. Sometimes even twice a day if I'm bored.
