I've been at it for over a year and have seen some change, but it is minimal.

How many years does it take before you really start to notice change?

depends on body type, i have gained about 60 pounds of muscle in a year, so it can be done fairly "quickly"

is your diet up to par?

u can get lean fairly quickly and easily if you are strict and religious.........getting ripped AND having an impressive amount of muscle is a different story....this thread seems ridiculous though

Set your target bf%. Subtract that from your current total bodyfat. Then, if you know what you are doing, which you don't, you should be losing 1-2lbs of bf per week, then you can find how long it will take you to get to your target bf% all while keeping your muscle and most likely increasing your strength/lbm

he kind of reminds me a bit of me before i started posting on F&N

he asks, is 2000 calories good, we tell him no, eat more, he ignores it and asks again.

then again, F&N is a bit of a bad impression for progress, heaps of guys on here make awesome gains... but still, he doesnt seem to be getting anywhere
