How long does it take to lose strength?

    I haven't done pushups in 2-3 days and I found them significantly harder to do than usual. Am I just having an off day? How long does it take to start losing strength?

    What about cardiovascular capacity? How long does it take to start losing that?

    probably a month - if i take a break for a week, i find myself able to do more when i start again

    I think it would depend a lot on diet and other factors too.

    Shit not me. I lose a bit if I take a week off. If I ever take more than a week off, I'm fucked in the strength department.
