how long does it take before you start losing strength and gains?

    This is prolly a stupid question, but how long of a break does one have to take to "fuck it all up"? If I miss more than 2 days in a row I feel like ive fucked it all up.

    people say they come back stronger after a week off I don't really notice a difference, but my joints usually feel nice with a break here and there... if I'm not recovered enough then I take a deload week and just avoid going too heavy or to failure.

    I think its 6 months for you to lose all your gains. Thats like 6 months of not working out at all.

    i took 8 months off last year. i lost all my strength, most of my size, but i was definately still better at the end of that 8 months than when i had first started weight training

    All of your strength and most of your size? What was the remaining size left? Just fat from a last bulk?
