So I guess I should just man up. :hs:

Wow dude that's pretty intense. I do about 2 hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday and have a 3-4h one on Sunday. I honestly don't think I could do it for that many hours everyday lol. My friend is doing about that much also, minus teaching.

Depends on where you wanna go with it. If it's for fun/getting in shape then you're doing fine. If you're doing it to fight even in an amature tournament, then yes, more...

BTW the 3-4 hour one is fucking brutal.... I'm so fucking drained for Monday it's never good. I am only going to that one to help out my friend for his tournaments.

a 2 hour session is usually good for me. if i fuck around and talk to people and just hang out it can easily turn in to 4. when getting ready for fights i split it up in to two 2 hour sessions, one in the morning one at night.

Boxing is usually 1.5 hours, but sometimes I'll do about 1.5 hours of lifting and running in the afternoon beforehand.

2 hour sessions 5 days a week. But I really can't say much as I spend most of my time teaching.

I've been doing the one hour class for a while now. I'm starting to do the beginner and advanced classes together so that's 2 1/2 hours... but I'm not used to it yet. It's like starting all over in terms of how gassed I am by the end. This is just bjj/sub wrestling. I stopped fucking with the kickboxing :hs:

when i was in college and didnt have to work i would train 4 hours a day. Go for a run and do weights in the morning then after class I would go to the college gym where the judo club had classes from 8 am to 2pm. Do 2 hours of that then hit up karate at night. I went on like that for 2 semesters then I graduated got broke and now im lucky if I can train 3 hours a week.

3 hours when I go a full session. 90 minutes of conditioning and kickboxing, then 90 minutes of grappling and sparring.

I usually train at 9am on saturday, not quite 7am.

I used to get up at 5:30 to go to the gym before work to lift weights, but that was when I lived down the street from Balley's. THAT was tough, but I got used to it.

I just gradually trained my body for earlier and earlier. Started at 7, then 6:45, 6:15, now 5:45 wake up. I didn't today, just since I didn't get sleep Tuesday night, and my body just woke up naturally at 6:15 and I had to force myself back to sleep.
