    On a heavy squat day it can last 2-3 hourse depending on the number of people using the monolift, how many times we have to change weights and what sort of gear people are wearing.


    But for the most part I am done in less then an hour and 15 minutes.

    that is what i do, but my cardio is usually swimming some time later during the day
