how long do hard-boiled eggs last?

    my egg/toaster machine :)bowdown:) can do 4 at a time. i usually eat 2 in the morning, so i was thinking of doing 4 at a time so i only have to make them every other day. id keep them in the fridge with shell on.

    I've done it and they taste better when freshly cooked.

    Wouldn't it be easier to boil eggs in bulk in a regular pot?

    Oh, and to answer your question, I'd say a week at most to be safe.

    Don't peel them beforehand, peel before you actually eat.

    I made 12 the other day. I eat two a day. They keep for plenty long, just as raw eggs do.
