As in will eventually over time, the gun power would not work as efficient as it should. My father has cases of bullets, but he doesnt have the gun anymore. I'm thinking about bringing them to a gun range and make good use of it. Actually do most gun range let you use my own ammo on their rental guns?

Since this is a good opportunity to ask this, could you build a walk-in gun room and simply use dehumidifiers to keep the ammo dry for extended periods of storage? Or do you absolutely need to use those silica gel packs?

I just don't want to have to keep a record of when to change various ammo cans, much less pay for the fucking silica gel packs.

ok I was wrong about that first one. Here are the three differnet bullet I found.

winchester 30-30 (tip is a little flat)
winchester 38 spl+p (tip is flat)
    win 9mm luger (round tip)

Well, tell us how many rounds you have of which ammos and you'll get a decent estimate based off them being reloads. Then find a friend that owns firearms and offer it to him at the price someone on here will recommend.

That's probably your best option. A gun range that will let you fire your own ammo out of their firearms, a gun range that will let you shoot reloads out of their weapons doesn't exist.

I personally would never shoot or recommend anyone shoot anyone elses reloads. I wouldn't want it on my conscience if my reloads blew up someone elses gun.
