used to be an hour for me, but i've been staying for about 2 lately. FEELS GOOD BROS.
Used to be proud of myself for getting out right about at the 45 minute mark. Seems like I can easily go to 3 if I don't keep track of time now. As of late, I've been trying to get through the sets by decreasing my rest periods. Total poundage per rep goes down but total volume per set goes up.
How ever long it takes.

I like to do 30-35 sets on my major workouts and 15-20 sets when i do abs
Between 45 and 75 mins
45 mins to an hour
1 - 2 hours depending on if I do cardio and for how long
30 min - 1 hour depending on day
unless i do cardio
does this include the 30-45mins you spend spying on Bateman?
1-2hrs. No more than 2, if I'm there more than 2, I just leave.
Hour on weekdays. 2+ on weekends.
