I met some friends down there today, and hit back and biceps hard and I was there for around 45-50 minutes. They acted like I just got there when I said i was leaving. i told em its how you use your time, not how long your actually there for. Is 45 minutes to an hour 5 days a weeknot enough? wtf

depending on the routine, 30min to an hour. These days, on pur's routine, 30-40 for the most part, except arm day, thats a good hour.
