How is this routine?

    Monday:
    Dumbell bench press 3x10
    Seated military dumbell press 2x10
    Wide grip chins 3x10
    Leg press 3x10
    Lying leg curls 3x15

    Wednesday:
    Dumbell flys 3x10
    Bent over dumbell rows 3x10
    Squats 3x10
    Leg extensions 3x12
    Preacher curls 2x15
    Dips 1x15

    Friday:
    Incline dumbell press 3x10
    Seated cable rows 3x10
    Stiff legged deadlifts 4x8
    Dumbell lunges 2x15
    Standing calf raises 3x20

    Cardio is done on off days. Thanks for any feedback :)

    aren't you missing hamstring work on wednesday? I'd do squats and other heavy leg stuff before the pressing and pulling stuff though.

    Me personally I would do squats + SLDL's for monday and leg press + good mornings for wednesday, and deadlift + leg curls on friday. But thats me. I have a weaker lower back.
