How is this for an eating schedule?

    7 AM breakfast:
    Clif Protein Bar OR Naked Protein Smoothie, coffee (usually 2-3 cups, with sugar and non dairy creamer, yes i know its bad, no, i cant stop drinking it (i have to be coherent for work))

    11 AM
    Protein Snack (sometimes almonds, sometimes jerky)

    2 PM Lunch
    Salad + chicken breast or shrimp (15-20 ct), french dressing (kind of unhealthy, but tastes good :hs: )

    6 PM dinner
    Whole Weat Pasta + 3 eggs, Chicken Breast

    9 PM - 10:30 PM GYM

    11 PM postworkout
    protein shake (40g protein, cranberry or orange juice, a few berries mixed in), whole weat pasta + 2 eggs

    theres a few snacks here and there (grapes and whatnot, usually healthy stuff)

    store bought protein bar = too fat when cutting
    5 eggs a day = too much fat
    too much juice = wasteful calories

    total fat = 8g (4.5 sat, 0 trans) :dunno:

    ive never heard of anyone say that 5 eggs/day is too much

    as for juice, it makes for a much better tasting shake, and its about 8 ounces/day. not that big of a deal methinks.

    im cutting too. ive been awake for 7 hours and so far ive eaten 1 shake (muscle milk, skim milk, oatmeal) 3 small pieces of cod fish and a 30 gram protein shake. i will probably have something small for dinner sometime later today

    778 calories so far 34g fat 41g carbs 74g protein

    6'0", 195 lb.

    last i checked, ~20 BF (it was done on one of those cheap bathroom scales)

    I think what he meant by that is if there is any muscle underneath your fat to cut down to... If there's minimal muscle you're just going to end up cutting for a long ass time with just getting thinner, not more cut looking.

    Oh, and hopefully you're lifting too.

    i have a decent amount of muscle.... im not overly strong though :dunno:

    how do i determine if cutting is good? :hs:

    :dunno: Personal Preference really. Hard to say without seeing a pic and what not.. I'm 6'2" ~210lbs.. I have a decent amount of fat, pry ~20% BF, but I decided that I wouldn't like the way I looked if I just cut the fat down. Didn't feel like there was enough muscle there, especially in my chest and abs, for me to look alright without all the chub. :naughty:
