How is this diet for losing weight and gaining muscle?

    How is this diet for losing weight?

    8:00AM
    Cerial Whole Grain-110 Calories
    Grape Juice- 170 Cal
    Milk-100 Cal
    Multivitamin, Omega 3, Amino Acid(3), Green Tea Extract

    11:00AM
    Whey Protein-110 Cal
    Milk-150 Cal

    12:50PM
    Apple-150 Cal
    15 Grain Bread- 120 Cal
    Omega 3, Pyruvate

    1-2
    Ok my workout routine needs an overhaul :o

    2:00PM
    Whey - 110 Cal
    Milk -150 Cal
    Chicken-350 Cal

    4:30PM
    15 Grain Bread-120 Cal
    4oz Lunch Meat-120 Cal
    Omega 3

    7:30PM
    Whey -110 Cal

    9:30PM
    16oz Milk- 200Cal
    Multivitamin, Omega 3

    Roughly 150 Grams of protein under 2000 Calories

    More veggies and lean protein, less fruits and grains. Switch to skim milk. No cardio?

    6'1/220/Use to train heavy for 2years, but havent done it in about a year :o

    Its all skim milk :o Oh yea Cardio 5days a week also, and chicken, lunch meat and whey are pretty lean protein :o

    Do a 4 day split into uppers and lowers M-Tu-Th-F

    keep the weight heavy

    A) You will not gain muscle while losing fat.
    B)Lets analyze your routine. In this routine, I see the words shoulders, and back 3 times, arms 2 times, chest 2 times, abs 2 times, obliques 2 times, and legs ONE MOTHERFUCKING TIME. I mean what the fuck, you should be shot on site for even thinking that you should be spending more time on abs than legs. And if you can work a muscle group 3 times a week you need to up the fucking intensity.

    This routine makes me :barf:

    My legs are fine already, I dont want 30" quads with no chest and arms :o
