looks fine. whats you goal? lose fat, gain muscle?
if youre trying to lose fat you should get rid of the sausage and up the egg whites, then toss the jelly. also replace the 1% with fat free, it tastes the same without any saturated fat. You could take in another slice of bread imo, and if you rally want something to put on the bread try some pb
no sausage, or jelly.
pb on the bread like said before.
more eggs, eggwhites preferably.
egg white omelette / equivalent made "scrambled" style
bagel or two slices wheat bread w/ pb
2 glasses water
shit is mad good with salsa on the egg whites.
he's using Egg Beaters and jelly with butter tastes good
