How is shredded wheat for breakfast?

    Im trying to lose about 15 lbs before the summer, and im doing pretty well on my overall diet. I was just curious to know what you guys think about shredded wheat for breakfast with skim milk. Is it actually WHEAT? or is it just like eating 4 pieces of white bread in terms of carbs? Im not a very big fan of plain oatmeal, but I can eat plain shredded wheat all day long

    it's fine...you should be having protein with every meal though

    Im not lifting... just trying to slim down, so knowing that... should I still be trying to get protein in the morning also?
