I've been doing damn good at sticking to my diet, losing fat and gaining muscle, but the one thing I miss more than anything else is Pasta. I don't know about the noodles, but I know the sauces are probably doom for low-cal. Are there any combinations that I might still be able to go with?

Usually about 2oz of spaghetti is 200ish calories with 40ish carbs. I mix 6oz of spaghetti w/ 8oz of chicken and it's quite delicious. I would imagine that there is a lower calorie sauce out there something

pasta is fine for you, one serving is around 180 cals or so (wheat pasta), so eat 2 servings which is only 380 cals. for sauce there is "ragu light" marinara sauce - fat free and tastes just like the regular, it has like 60-70 calories in 1 serving which is fine for me because I dont use a lot of sauce :dunno:

id go with whole wheat pasta as well

all about portions, it doesnt matter what you eat really.. you can eat pasta everyday and still lose weight fine

I have no idea how to measure something hard by ounces, but that sounds good. It's my one true craving now.

convert ounces to cups and just pour it in a measuring bowl or whatever
