I'm 6'5 193 and just started working out around the middle of August. This is what I do every other day in this order. I'm not exactly sure the correct names of everything so bear with me. These are all sets of 10. 3 x Leg Extensions. 3 x Leg Press. 3 x Calf Raises. 3 x Bench. 3 x Incline. 3 x Decline. 3 x Rows. 3 x Lat Pulldowns. 3 x Curls. 3 x Dumbbell Bench. 3 x Tricep Pulldowns. 3 sets of 20 Situps. Weak areas? What can I add? I'm pretty sure I need some more dumbbell excercises for chest/shoulders but don't know what to do. Ideas? Thanks guys.
