I've been eating a lot better than my previous meals. I use to skip breakfast and lunch and eat a big dinner. I would get so hungry in the day I would often snack on junk food. For the last 2 weeks I've been eating like this (minus the cookie).

What do I need to change or am I in good shape? I went from 156 to 162 in about a week (I'm 5'7").

The cookie and peanut butter put me over the edge. :o

Other than what my process is the same. I'm more concerned with my cals/protein/carbs/fat intake.

I'd add more protein but subtract that additional calories, from the protein, from the carbs. If you're bulking try to get 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat if you're going the high carb route. Also, try to cycle those carbs around your workout.

Be consistent. You take in 2,000 cals one day and then 3,000 the next. If you're trying to put on mass then stick with the 3,000 and get some more protein in there. Your fats don't need to be that high. Drop fats a good amount, switch that over to protein.

Maybe tell us what it is because the price doesn't mean dick when you're asking about nutritional value.

You have almost 1000 calories from milk and cookies:mamoru:

Work on those food choices dude..

You should replace about half of your choices. WTF kids meal? And cookies and milk? Ditch that garbage.. Avoid microwavable meals all together. Processed foods ftmfl

Tell me what I should be eating. Besides cutting out the cookies.

Lunch is my big problem as I basically have to pick something up.

Can you bring foods with you?

Check the stickies. Tons of options.

Lean meats (Chicken, Lean Ground Beef, Steak, Turkey)
Complex carbs (Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Oatmeal)
Healthy fats (Natural Peanut Butter, Almonds, etc)

What's your goal? Put on size?
