how is my diet?

    nor cal & so cal
    im 5'5"-5'6" @ 145lbs
    2 workouts per day: 1) 3 miles in 30mins 2)weight lifting for 30 mins

    diet monday-friday
    morning: slimfast
    afternoon: orange+egg+water
    snacks: orange or total protein cereal
    dinner: 4 strawberries+ half of banana+ handful of total protein cereal+ 1.5 cup of nonfat milk

    weekends i eat watever i want, im trying to lose my gut
    hows my diet+excercise? :hs:
