How is everyones crunking coming along?

    Any new closes and PR's?

    I've been getting the #3 within 3/4 of an inch with a deep set. The HG300 is still very off and on though.

    Im just about repping the 200lb :eek3: , Could barely do the 100 when I got them :o

    Fuck I knew crunking would help with my grip at the gym, but its also been wicked for my biking (Read: I moutain bike lots, need good grip)

    One of my best purchases lately :bigthumb:

    Actual grip strength hasn't changed much, but my hands now get twitchy every now and then and it gets uncomfortable if I don't crush something with my hands every few hours.

    got the fathers day hg special and ive been using them off and on for a few weeks now. i can rep the 150 but the 200 is still far from closed.....but i have noticed that my fingers seemed to have gotten thicker:wavey:
