my school schedule is pretty demanding right now, and by the time I get out (~10:30PM), my school gym is ready to close. the only 24 hour place around here is Anytime Fitness. anyone have any experience with them? how is membership pricing?

Not trying to be a dick or anything, but why don't you just go there and ask? Check out the facilities while you're there.

Why wouldn't someone want to find out info sooner if they could?

    Look at his situation.

    1) His schedule demands a 24-hour gym.

    2) The only one nearby is anytime fitness.

What other choice does he really have?

because I'm on a student budget and if the membership price is ridiculous or they don't have many free weights, I won't even bother stopping by.

    Call?

I'm not knocking you for asking, but it just seems like a weird question to ask ot when the more obvious approach would be to call the gym.

the anytime fitness i go to is only staffed certain hours of the day. It was like $25 for a passkey, $25 to sign up and $49 a month. You may be able to get a student discount. I work 2 jobs so and have to lift after 10pm, so its my only choice besides buying a weight bench for my apt (yeah right).

    mine has:
    -DB's to 100lbs
    -2 flat benches w/oly bars/weights
    -no incline or decline benches
    -1 smith machine :)ugh:)
-1 power rack (to do your curls in)
    - lots of hammerstrength and machines

but it's all i got for now.

my first classes are at 10am....and I have class with intermittent breaks till 5:15...but then I have theatre rehearsal from 7 to 10:30...not enough time in between to get a good session in.

I COULD go in the morning, but I am not a morning person at all

 I really wasn't trying to be a dick. Mopar, my apologies and my best wishes to you finding the information you need.

Because, if it were me at least, I would still personally call/check out the gym for myself regardless of what I found out online unless someone said that it was only equipped with a treadmill and cost $300/month or something ridiculous like that.

If it was a decent, or even just mediocre gym, I would have to see it personally before I made my decision.

Anyway, I'm done. Again, sorry for being a dick.
