How important is it to divide your meals?

    Well I am currently trying to tone up a little bit and lose some weight. I hear everyone saying it is important to eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. Well I usually skip breakfast and just eat lunch and supper. My metabolism seems like it is extremely slow. Could it be because I only eat 2 meals a day? How important is it to eat 5 or 6 times daily and why?

    I dont really think it's as important as people make it out to be. You really should start eating breakfast and having 3 good meals a day though
