I generally don't do it because i don't want my lower chest to get big. I do a lot of incline and normal presses and then lots of different flies. Do you guys think that decline presses are integral to getting a ripped chest? Or do normal presses work the lower pecs sufficiently?

They do tris / lower chest. You don't need to do them no. Be sure you do D.B Fly's or the Pek bench.

I prefer incline chest exercises over decline :dunno:

I don't ever do them, so to me, not important at all.

It depends on the level of decline, he's pretty declined.

I hit a hammer strength machine that focuses on lower pecs and sometimes the decline bench ... Dont do it too often, but I mix it up

try weighted dips and decline press... see if that gets you what you're looking for

i don't think you can really target the lower pecs... i don't think...

add an extra set or two or something. there's no need to do TWO exercises that focus on your lower chest.

if anything, you could always trade off between weighted dips and decline bench every other week.

decline is good for people who tend to be "shoulder dominant" when they bench
