How heavy do the db's at your gym go?

    At my place we have 2 sets of db's from 5-65 in 5 lb increments, then it goes to just 1 set from 70 lbs to 180 lbs...

    the highest i've seen anyone use is 155 lbs.. i was impressed

    120's at Bally's. Only ever used them for dumbell rows though...

    I think it's 120s at the Golds I go to as well. I don't know, I don't ever use anything that heavy.

    up to 120, and then one dumbell that is 125 :hsugh:

    edit: the 2nd gym at my school has 180's i think

    110's @ my college gym :(. 120's at my gym at home :(. 130's would be perfect for my dumbell bench and dumbell row.

    150's at the "fitness center" I work out at. Never have seen them move.

    the rack goes up to 140's in rubber db's and all of them get used relatively frequently. Even i'm up to 120's on flat bench now :noes:

    we also have a set of plate-style 160's on the floor that rarely get used.
