been on this diet for about 3 weeks now, and it seems im making some slow but steady progress towards losing fat and gaining muscle

    breakfast:
    - oatmeal + fat free milk
    - multi, B, emergen-C, osteobiflex, fish oil
    - OJ

snack: OJ and protein shake (~35g)

    lunch:
    - sweet potatoes or pineapple (some kind of fruit)
    - maybe some low fat blue corn tortilla chips if im hungry

    dinner:
either footlong subway chicken teryaki sandwich
    or
low fat chicken stir fry w/ noodles
    - 2 glasses FF milk

snack: protein shake, apricots or some other fruit

thats what its been give or take....

the goal was super low fat and a good amount of protein

    needs a protein source.
not the greatest, but could do worse i guess.

i see that you're going really low on fat. just keep in mind that you have to watch carbs too. also, realize that not all fats are bad for you.

    wtf?

    breakfast - carbs
snack - sugar and 35g protien
    lunch - carbs
    dinner - carbs 20g protien
    snack 35g protien and carbs

Do the math man. You goal shouldn't be no fat, 300gs of carbs with lots of sugar, and 100gs of protien.

Start with "How can I get 20-40 grams of protien everytime I put something in my mouth?" After that question ask yourself based on my weigh and goals how can I eat the right amount of calories cleanly. What is the point of eating low fat? What does that do? If you replace those fat calories with carbs all you are doing is fucking your metabolism/insulin, etc.

4 servings of fructose is not eating clean. If you are bulking sure, you can drink oj all day but you aren't getting enough calories much less protien to be bulking.

No come down has it right, start there.

breakfast- 2 or 3 eggs & half cup oatmeal

snack- half cup of unsalted peanuts & protein shake

lunch- sammich with two slices bread/turkey/cheese

    snack- some fruit/nuts/tuna

dinner- whatever i can get that has good protein. IE: chicken/porkchops/eggs/sausage/whatever

snack (usually post workout)- half cup oatmeal/two scoops whey/one small spoon peanut butter. mix that up and you have a great tasting food.

I'm not sure if this is better than what you're doing, but it does give me protein/fats/carbs for each feeding & it's nothing too big so you wont feel super full/fat after eating.
