I consider mine 8/10. I cook almost all my meals at home. They consist of lots of fish, lean red meat, shrimp, pork, white meat chicken, fresh fruits and veggies, only wheat bread, yoplait yogurt (I hate dairy, so this is good for calcium), and always unsaturated fats instead of the bad ones. I only have about 2 or 3 sodas a month, I drink mostly fruit juice and water. I eat as healthy as I can with still indulging in my love for food. As minimal as I somtimes consider my diet, it's strange to know that it's better than probabyl 98% of America's.
