No background in programming, but we'd like to set something up that is accessible via the web for customers to sign up for training. Is there anything out there that would do the following:

-allow users to register for a training session and give information in fields such as name, company, email

-have a back end that lists or exports the data to excel or access

-will allow you to put a max capacity or minimum capacity for such sessions

-gives you the ability to email an email to the entire group that signed up

If this is online training, I think Citrix offers a GoToWebinar service which includes a signup list.

You want a canned solution then? Because you cannot implement that without knowledge of database programming and server side scripting.

Canned solution would be best. However, I have looked at things such as Moodle, etc. But they don't seem to do what we want it to do.
