    alot of protein, but as long as it doesn't take away from your other meals i can't see a problem :dunno:

    190cal per serving (30g of shelled seeds). take forever to eat 'em. make sure you eat a ton. "all or nothing!"-pokesteve

    great source of protein, carbs (fiber) and great fats, eat it alllll up, i do!
