Have my first one tonight with my PT and am looking forward to it. Not sure I'll feel the same after it's done. :hsd:

make sure you do the super slow zone technique on the full ab workouts to take it to the next level for toning purposes

An entire workout devoted to abs?

    Demand your money back.

I meant working my whole stomach/abs, but not for my entire workout tonight. :mamoru:

I just want to know how sore I should expect to feel since I've never really done any kind of an ab workout.

If you can fully translate that into shit, no prob

most people would benefit from having a form coach though

I'm not paying any extra, but do want and need somebody to show me how to do everything properly. Everything is included in my gym fee which is only $22/month.

you get what you pay for. Most PTs have no fucking idea what they're doing.

What is the PTs view on squats and deadlifts? If it is anything other than "a staple for any routine" kick him straight in the sack

Well I finished my workout and a friend was doing some kind of core workout, it was just a series of like 5 exersices that you do right in a row on a mat. It took like ten minutes and I actually felt really good and stretched out after it. It was more than just abs though, it hit the obliques and shit too.

I worked my abs (med ball situps/crunches) last night for the first time in 2 weeks... and when I jumped up on the loading dock at work today I couldn't stand for a minute because my abs hurt so bad

I fucking hate working abs, and this is the gayest thread I've read in quite some time.

I did too... until it started taking away lumbar/erectorsS discomfort after/during deads and squats.

a full hour? wtf for? ask that idiot to show you how to properly squat and deadlift... then again I don't know if I'd want a clown who thinks an hr of abs is a good idea teaching me how to squat/dl.
