how fast for creatine to work?

    i just started working out for a couple months ago and would like to try creatine, i just have a couple questions.
    how fast do you recieve results?
    is there a noticiable difference when you first take it?

    pretty clean diet, tons of protein to help me gain weight

    mon.-chest/back
    tues.-arms
    wed.-legs
    thursday-chest/back (sometimes)
    friday-legs
    sat-offf
    sun-arms or chest/back

    and i do martial arts on tuesdays and wed
    and have speed and agility training on mon and thurdays

    Is 20 milligrams for the creatine like 30 milligrams if a guy lifts?

    This is kinda offtopic but i didnt want to start a whole new thread, but i just had a quick question. On my creatine it says to take it for 3 weeks and then take 1 week off, but instead I've been takin it after every workout and I dont take it on the weekends. How important is it to do it the way they suggest, should i change up?

    theres no need to cycle it. take it before and after working out and on the days that your not working out.

    and i include shoulders with arms

    each one of those god damn scoops has like 300 calories in it...all of which are sugar and carbs.

    Has anyone seen the wal-mart creatine, I bought some cause i was broke it dosnt seem to give me energy like other brands do. is this possible or is it all in my head?

    you have only been lifting for a couple months. I suggest you forget about the creatine and just focus on lifting the weights with a lot of intensity and eating 2x what you are eating now.

    You should gain about 7-10lbs in the first 2-3 weeks of taking it. Some people notice better strength some don't so i think that one is up to the individual.

    2.2 jiggawatts....

    I couldn't even tell you if it 'worked' usually you are taking it in conjunction with dedicated nutrional habits, multivitamins, tons of protein, and hardcore lifting....

    so many things affect your progess, sleep, energy levels, intensity, its hard to seperate what the creatine does.... or if it is basically a placebo...
