For me, i can add 10 or 5lb every week. squats, deadlifts, benches(these go a little slower)
So in a year or 2, you'd be squatting 700+ lbs
my deadlift was stuck at 465 for a month and a half, within the last six weeks i added 50 lbs. i haven't been paying attention to my squat lately, but if im on a routine where im squatting 2x a week, i might be able to add 5 every week or second week, but that'll only last for 3 months if i'm lucky before i need to switch routines
i miss the days where i could add like 15 lbs and hit a new pr every week
well i started squating 3 months ago, and could only do 135, now i am up to 200.
noob gains are great... just don't get discouraged when they stop
lol... lets see I've been training for like 7ish years now, so we'll call it 50ish chest workouts a year starting around prolly a 185lb initial max so my current max should be somewhere around 1935lbs. Damn... I'm fucking stout
