How fast can you go up and down 100 flights of stairs? I just did it and it took me 17 minutes 50 seconds.

I meant the length of steps between two floors. In my house it's 14 steps and probably 8-9 feet.

Nah, that's cheating. Ya gotta go upwards the whole way to get a real result.

well there are 14 stairs on a typical stairset in a residential building....so each step is 1/14th of the stairs of course. 14 x 100 = 1400 steps 2800 if you count up and down.

I can step on one step 1400 times in like 1400 seconds which is like a little over 13 minutes. Hence I win

you lose. I would take 2 stairs at a time, thus cutting your time in half...I win

I was able to do it in about 8 mins before the accident. I fell on the 82nd flight. I was forced to get reconstructive ball surgery on my face and haven't been doing cardio lately. The good news is this surgery makes my nose look bigger.
