how does this split look?

    day 1: quads/calves
    day 2: chest/tri
    day 3: back/bi
    day 4: shoulders/traps
    day 5: hamstrings/abs
    day 6: off
    day 7: off

    im thinking 2-3 exercise per muscle group?

    the anti-exercises are pretty good..hammy/quad same day..they gave me a good amount of rest between exercises...so it's like.. squats, hammy curls, leg press, hypers..you know?

    why not mix up those days of rest within the work days? for example, a day of rest between 3 and 4? Shoulders likely use lots of tris, may still be sore from chest/tri day. Depending on your traps exercises, may overtrain with hamstring day (say cleans/deads)
