how does this shake sound to you guys?

    I've been blending with milk + optimum strawberry whey and its not that great. Its really thick and takes a long time for me to down because of the milk... Im not much of a milk drinker anyway it bothers my stomach sometimes.

    I want to try with chocholate whey + water but all I have here for now is some chocolate nlarge2... how does this shake look:

    1 cup oats
    3 scoops nlarge2
    2 tbsp flax oil
    2 tbsp of peanut butter
    blend in 16-24oz water

    total cals: 1346

    my experience with weightgainer powders is they make everything thick as shit...add in oats, oil, and pb thats a thick ass shake

    is nlarge a weight gainer? (if so, i'd just stick to eating more high protein foods, they'll be much more pleasant to put down)

    and how many grams per scoop?

    muscle milk+milk+oats+oil would be smoother and delicious

    152g's per serving plus the add ins, thats gonna take two large glasses & some time to put down. :eek3:

    I'm really not seeing the point of 1300 calories in one shake unless you are fucking huge... and I've tried some pretty extreme measures of my own :hs: .

    because I have problems getting the cals from normal food.. I just dont eat a lot and when I do I burn out quickly. I am just not a fan of food which is why I am so skinny. I don't enjoy eating, oddly enough. the shakes are easier for me.

    I make a similar shake but without PB and with unflavoured unsweetened whey. It's not that thick tbh and is downed in 15 secs.

    According to fitday that's 711 cals. That sounds like more than it feels in the stomach lol:dunno:
