What are your goals ? And how do you plan them during the week ?
It's looking good though although you could eat some more tasteful food instead.
You can try some indian recipes for the plain yogurt too.

I want to get down to 8-10% bodyfat and I'm currently hovering around 12-13% or so. This is my first attempt at carb cycling, but I plan to do it like this:

Monday: 40 minutes cardio - Low Carb ~70g carb
Tuesday: Lower Body Workout - High Carb ~250-260g carb
Wednesday: 40 minutes cardio - Low Carb ~70g carb
Thursday: Upper Body Workout and 20 min cardio - Low Carb ~70g carb
Friday: 40 minutes cardio - Low Carb ~70g carb
Saturday: Lower Body Workout - High Carb ~250-260g carb
Sunday: Upper Body Workout and 20 min cardio - Low Carb ~70g carb

I really enjoy the taste of oats and grits so I'm happy to use those on high carb days.

I did that this weekend. Had several bowls of cereal and several bowls of grits. It was amazing

How low are you going with the carbs on the other days?

Also, keep in mind you're around 1.5 times my weight so you obviously need more than me.

Right now, I'm sitting at 250-275g protein, 65-75g fat, and trace, 200g, 300g of carbs on no, low, and high carb days.

It looks good. Only comment I'll make is that on your high carb days, you should try to structure the majority of your carbs post workout.

Good point Jeremy. I switched the early morning rice intake to post workout so now I'll have 150g carbs following my workout. ~2/3 will be directly after my workout and the rest will be 90 min or so later.
