Wait until next week for the CPU.
    Quad-core Q6600 price will drop to ~$260, and the new 1333Mhz FSB C2D's will be available: E6850 (3.0GHz) @ ~$260 and E6750 (2.6GHz) @ ~$180.

I have 2 questions for everyone out there.
why do you all like lien-li cases? they don't look that great in my opinion, although I have never seen one in person. I personally love my coolermaster centuron 5. I'm not dising the case but I don't think I would have ever considered it if it wasn't for you guys hyping it up. for the love of god people 80mm fans are so last year move up to 120 they move more air and run with less noise.
why do you all HATE antec power supplys??? yeah I have heard they are overrated on the number of watts they are able to produce. I have had truepower 2.0 antec 550 watt for a year now with no problems. It could help that I have a thermal take 250watt power supply also dedicated to my video card.

don't flame me I'm just curious

lol, you have discredited everything you will post in the future.

the centurion looks like fucking ASS compared to the Lian Li. Look at them side-by-side and it's like comparing a Suzuki Sidekick to a Bugatti Veyron.

Antec and ThermalTake are some of my most despised companies. They build absolute SHIT then charge the world for them. Your "TP" 550 is lucky if it puts out 300 usable watts.... And it may take your entire system out when it fails.

are you talking about the same centurion as me there are 3 differernt cases with that name. this is the one I am talking about: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119068 . Suzuki sidekick my ass. And you didn't answer my question. What is so great about the lian-li cases?
and sry I missed spoke in the last post I thought I had a true power but I accually have a smart power. In pictures of the true power I can see it's low build quallity but i don't think the smart power has the same problems. I have yet to see a post or page anywhere online that speak badly of the smartpower line of power supplies.

don't treat me like the village idiot. I am just trying to figure out why people are so deadset against them.

the smart power is even lower-end than the true power. You have an even shittier psu.

and I know that case. It's a piece of shit. Go look at a Lian Li and you'll immediate know what its better. The build quality is fantastic compared to that piece of shit you have.

I would look at them but no shops arround here carry them, and I don't feel like ordering a new case just to look at the build quality. sometimes i don't get you people you feel the need to bash perfectly good products. the only problem I can see with build quality on the coolermaster case is the screwless design inside kinda sucks but you can rip it all off and use screws also. other than that the coolermaster has front audio and firewire and costs $50 less the the lian-li.

as for the psu, I didn't reaserch at all I just went with what a good friend recomended. he has had the smart power for over 2 years now and hasn't had a single problem with it so he highly recomended it to me. I only have the termaltake because my old psu(300watt) wasn't up to running an x1900xt so I got the thermal take for 25 bucks to piggyback my other one and it has worked great for over a year.

Lian-Li = simple and elegant design + quality.
If a person prefer cases that looks like alien heads, yeah the lian-li might look bland.

As for Antec PSUs,.. they used to be good. Now, they have gained a reputation for using cheap components.

A good example of this is comparing the Antec Trio to PC Power & Cooling's Silencer, and the Corsair HX.
All three were built by Seasonic.

Seasonic just builds what they were asked/contracted to do by the 3 companies.
PC Power & Cooling has high design standards.
Corsair, to make a name in the PSU business, used quality components.
Antec, on the other hand, cheap out to maximize profits.

The end result,... of the 3, Antec has the most failure rate.

Lots of things. The finish, the materials used, no sharp edges, very lightweight, etc.

Lian-Li is really nice compared to that Centurion 5.

    It's like:
Centurion 5 = designed by an engineer
Lian-Li = designed by an engineer and an artist.

 Lame example, but I guess you have to own one to understand it.
