    how do these numbers look?

    Weighed myself yesterday at 180.5 @ 5'10"

    Squats yesterday were

    135 x 8
    225 x 8
    315 x 6
    325 x 4

Those are my highest squat number to date ever, and I go parallel or lower with only a belt. Does that match up with what I weigh? I've been working out seriously for 8 months, but I've played sports all my life even into college (baseball) but I never took the weight room serious...

If you're going parallel I think its pretty impressive... especially with only 8 months under your belt.

The one thing I did do in college was squats, but I was never strong on them... and didn't do them enough (consistently) to see the results. Now that I pound my legs they are growing fast, and I like it lol.

    Thank You.

The rest of my body I think falls into the average or maybe even below average categories, I don't know.

Chest I usually do DB so my bench is significantly weaker I feel.

On chest days I can usually manage

    DB:
    45 x 8
    75 x 12
    85 x 10
    95 x 8
    100/105 x ~6

But if I'm on bench then it looks a little more like this

    Flat:
    135 x 8
    185 x 8
    205 x 6
    225 x 4

    Incline:
    135 x 8
    155 x 8
    175 x 6
    185 x 4
This is touching the bar to my chest (like i try to do on all chest exercises)

Decline is just about the same as incline.

Then I'll go to cable flys, do a negative machine, pec deck, and possibly wide grip if I'm not dead yet :o

    Thank You.

That's the main reason I posted them. All throughout sports I had the weakest numbers lol, but I was always the youngest and smallest on my team, so I never thought much of it.

But now that I work out with some different friends I only have them to compare myself to. I have two friends that compete (armature). On of them is small, weighs about 155 on stage but looks good, and the other weighs about ~185 I think on stage. Now the 155'er I beat him out on legs I think...but everything else he has me big time, he has a couple of years, like 3 or 4, of more experience than I do in the weight room, and the other guy has some fuckin wheels... throws up 405 for reps on squats.

Anyway, kind of wanted to get an idea of how I'm progressing as far as strength goes

You're not going low enough on DB bench. If your doing 95-110 DBs for flat for reps, you should be way over 225 x 4 for BB

You are probably right. On bar exercises I touch my chest, but I don't tend to on DB. I need to start though... if I had to guess I would say my elbows get below parallel but the DB doesn't touch my chest. I should lower the weight and get that good ROM in :hs:

Haha, I don't have any recent ones. Maybe I'll take some this week.

This is a pic I took of my legs I took sitting at the desk after a workout, I didn't hit legs that day but gives you an idea anyway :o

edit: If someone could resize that pic I would appreciate it, it's fucking huge.

My left quad is significantly bigger than my right because of os-good-slaughters disease I have in my right knee... my left leg always compensated and from that got bigger... but since I started working out seriously I've really incorporated single leg exercises to help even them out :wtc:
