i'm not trying to bulk or cut or anything, just trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle... i try to eat a lot of antioxidant rich foods and a lot of fiber because i currently have pretty high cholesterol and blood pressure. i'm moderately active, run 4-5miles 4 times a week. this diet is fairly consistent, i usually substitute turkey breast for the can of tuna and chicken breast for the salmon 4 days a week, eating fish the other 3.

i'm currently 5'10" 175 21yo 13-15% bf but i really need to watch my cholesterol/sat fat intake as my dad had a triple bypass.

    edit: totals
    2016 cals
    78g fat (33%)
    195g carbs (37%)
    158g protein (30%)

Looks good as most of your fats stem from monounsaturated and most of your carbs stem from complex sources.

My only recommendation would be to increase protein some if you workout. If you don't workout much and just want to be healthy that's pretty good. If you lift, I'd look for at least another 30-40g+ total protein more.

    Nice job :bigthumb:

shit's so easy and since i'm eating a lot of specialty foods, its cheaper to get it all from there... i spend about $35 a week for myself only. the only other store around here is a ralph's and the salmon there sucks.

just make sure its 85% or more and not done w milk fat. less % cocoa = more sugar crap

I always get the trader joes velhorona 85% dark or simply lite sugar free 50% dark choc
