Alright been reading on the internet and some forums for the past month or so and have learned a lot. In June, I weighed 190 pounds @ an unknown BF%. As of today, September 12th, I weigh 175 pounds @ 16% BF... i gained a good amount of muscle. My goal is to be around 10% bodyfat by Christmas... so here is my cutting plan.

    DIET:

    Breakfast
    ½ cup pre-cooked oatmeal with 1/8c raisins - 50g carbs

    1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil

    Mid morning snack
    Protein shake ~ 44 g Pro
    1 tbsp L-Glutamine
    2 Pieces of Whole-Wheat Bread ~ 28g carbs

    Lunch
6 ounces of skinless boneless chicken breast ~ 35-50 g pro, ~3-6g fat
½ cup cooked whole grain brown rice ~ 23 g carbs, 5g pro, 2g fat
½ cup low fat cottage cheese ~ 28g pro, 6 carbs, 2g fat

    Mid afternoon snack
1 cup Romaine salad 2-4 carbs
6 ounces of skinless boneless chicken breast (chopped up) ~ 35-50 g pro, ~3-6g fat
1 hard boiled egg white ~ 12g pro, 1g fat
2 tbsp Fat free zesty Italian dressing ~ 4g carbs, 0g fat
1 cup of Fiber One Cereal Dry

    Post workout meal
    Protein shake ~ 44g pro
    1 tbsp L-Glutamine
    CLA/Omega 3
    Multivitamin
    Chromium Pico Tab
2 slices of whole wheat bread~ 28g carbs

    Dinner
6 ounces of skinless boneless chicken breast ~ 35-50 g pro, ~3-6g fat
    ½ pound frozen mixed vegetables

    Before Bed:
    Protein Shake
    1/2c of lowfat cottage cheese
    CLA/Omega 3

my daily water intake is over one gallon.. no sugar, no diet soda shit, cheat meals only once every 2 weeks..

    Training: 5 Day Split

    monday: arms (bi/tri/forearms)
    tuesday: shoulders
    wednesday: legs
    thursday: back
    friday: chest

cardio: 2-3 random days during the week after a workout and saturday morning for 30-45 minutes

so i plan on following this regimine until december without any changes...

do you think this plan will help me get to my goal? if not, where should i improve it? thanks guys...
