How do you workout you're lower chest?

    everything is looking fine except my lower chest. it seriously looks like i have man boobs. is there anything i can do other then decline bench?

    decline db and dips.

    also, losing some b/f would probably help too.

    edit: nvm, so to do chest, just lean forward a lil bit more then you would if you were doing tricep right?

    yea....you'll feel it either way....but yea just tilt your head foward/down and your body will naturally go foward.

    dumbell pullovers, decline and flat bench press all work great

    I added the "Sort of" because I truthfully dont see great results from flys. Some people love em though.

    Not questioning your abilities, but how is your form?

    To the original poster: Any decline exercise, as mentioned above.. flys, db press, etc
